110kg Deadlift looks horrible to me but not sure how to fix Very well made.
Am I rounding my back too much deadlifting Very well made.
Am I doing deadlifts properly Very well made.
Deadlift Form check. 255 lbs x 5. I know my 5th rep my back was curved a lot. But are the first four reps okay or is there still too much curve on them Very well made.
I believe the deadlift is the bane of my existence and my lower back agrees. I ve been told to set my back harder. Apparently I don t know how to do that. I ve been told to push my belly between my Very well made.
